      IBM VisualAge for Java's Visual Composition Editor. Topics include 
      visual and nonvisual Beans, connections, applets vs. applications, code 
      generation, and use of components from the Abstract Windowing Toolkit 
      (AWT) and Swing Set. When you have completed this course, you will know 
      how to use the IDE Workspace, use Class creation windows and smart 
      guides, create new application and applet classes using the Abstract 
      Windowing Toolkit, employ Swing components, drop visual and non-visual 
      component Beans onto the composition surface, connect components using 
      the following connection types: Property-to-property, Event-to-property, 
      Event-to-method, and Event-to-code. 
      
      You will also understand how to supply parameters to connections, use 
      the Beaninfo page to generate new class features, generate and test code, 
      how to navigate through generated code, and set breakpoints in code and 
      use the debugger, version and export code.
